INA Solution is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) US Staffing/RPO. The candidate must have minimum of 5+ years of experience working with various Direct clients /Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing partners, should be able to identify/target potential vendors in the US and get Contract Staffing requirements and closing the positions.

Work Experience and Skills:

• Should have experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementing partners.
• Should able to get closable Contract Staffing requirements from Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing Partner/ Direct Clients.
• Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holder,s and H1B consultants.
• Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients for long-term relationships.
• Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation.
