Position: Sr. Technical Recruiter

Qualification: BE/B.tech or relevant field

Location: Patna

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clients based out of the U.S to understand their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and qualify the candidates.
• Assist the Hiring Managers and ensure that the best candidates are placed.
• Maintain candidates’ timesheets and track their performance.
• Develop and foster a healthy relationship with the vendors.
• Assist fellow team members if or when required.

Requirement

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment
• Great understanding of Visas and Tax-terms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective negotiating skills
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, and Techfetch
• Experience working on ATS & CRMs such as Bullhorn, Ceipal, and Job diva
• Agility to work in Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)
• Must have experience in supporting MSP/VMS/Implementation Partners
